After some thought, it occured to me that I'm losing it because of how I'm living. I eat more fruit instead of candy or chips. I make everything at home (bread, cookies, buns...) so I know exactly what's in it, and when it's fresh I'm more likely to eat it then the stale chips with all the addititives. I make pizza at home rather then order it in. Through the effort of teaching my child how to eat well, avoiding anything that may cause an allergic reaction, and by spending so much of our bonding time cooking and baking, I've started to eat healthier, do more, and even spend less money. Now that's a triple threat I can enjoy every day!!
