Moms around the world live several different kinds of lives. Some work, either in or out of the home, some are at home moms, and some work part time. There are healthy moms and moms with disabilities, some have more then enough to provide for their families an others don't have enough. With all these differences, there are things that all moms wants.
All moms want to be able to go to their child and hold them when they cry, they want to make them feel better when they are sick, and they want to make sure they have everything they need and some things they want. This is what every mother is working towards.
Knowing that there are so many moms out there who are thinking less of others, who are judging the lifestyles and choices of others, is diappoining to me. The stay home mom who judges the working mother might not understand that that mom needs to work to keep a home and food for her children. Not all moms get to make the choice to stay home.
Working moms who judge the mom who stays home may not know her story. Maybe she can't work, perhaps she has health problems, or has applied to 20 places and can't find a job.
Moms need to stick together. They need to stand up for each other. We all want the same thing in the end. We want what's best for our children, and though we all have different ways to get there, we'll all be more successful if we help each other.
